Built for the people who answer the phone when a vehicle goes quiet.
Most tracking software shows dots on a map and leaves the rest to you. GPStrix is meant to tell a fleet manager, a dispatcher or a reseller what happened, how sure it is, and where to look, in words they can act on before the first call of the morning.

The rules it is built by.
These are written into the engineering standards the code is held to, and each one is checked by tests.
Each customer's data is kept apart by the database, not by good intentions.
Every table that holds a customer's data refuses, inside Postgres itself, to return another customer's rows. A mistake in a screen or a report cannot leak one fleet to another, because the database will not hand the rows over. Asking for another customer's vehicle gets "not found", never "forbidden", so nobody can even learn that it exists.
History is added to, never rewritten.
When a driver moves to another vehicle, or a tracker to another customer, the old record is closed and a new one opened. Last month's report still names last month's driver. Invoices are built from a sealed record of the period, so pausing a tracker next week cannot change what this month's invoice says.
The field app works where the signal does not.
GPStrix Field saves every punch, visit and form on the phone first and sends it when it can. The time recorded is when the button was pressed, worked out from the phone's own uptime counter, not from a clock the user can change in Settings. A punch that arrives late or looks odd is flagged for a supervisor, never thrown away.
An alert says what it knows, and no more.
A fuel level that drops and then comes back is a sensor fault, and is reported as one, not as theft. A punch outside the geofence is flagged with the distance, not refused. "We could not tell" and "they were not there" are kept as different answers, because someone's job can depend on the difference.
When something stops working, it says so.
A webhook endpoint that keeps failing is switched off and somebody is emailed, rather than retried in silence for weeks. Positions that are dropped are counted by reason, so a tracker with failing GPS looks different from a customer whose account is paused.
No lock-in where it can be avoided.
Trackers report through Traccar, the open-source tracking server, so hardware is not tied to us. A customer can bring their own map provider. Your vehicles, positions, trips and events can be read out through the API, and every report downloads as CSV.
Where it runs.
GPStrix is a venture of HashTrix Technologies Pvt Ltd, which builds it and runs it. It is a web console, two Android apps and a tracking gateway, operated as one service. The console is built for an office desk; GPStrix Fleet is the manager's app, and GPStrix Field is for staff on the road. Customers either buy from us directly or through a reseller, who sells it under their own name.
The best way to judge any of this is to see it with your own vehicles. Ask for a walkthrough, or read how data is kept apart in more detail.
See it with your own vehicles on the map.
Tell us what you run and which trackers are fitted. We will set up a walkthrough around the questions you actually have, and quote for your fleet size afterwards.
