The agreement
GPStrix is provided by HashTrix. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean HashTrix.
These terms apply to this website and to the GPStrix console and apps. If your organisation has signed an agreement with us, that agreement takes precedence where the two differ.
Using the service
- Use GPStrix lawfully, and only to track vehicles, devices and people you are entitled to track, with any notice or consent the law requires.
- Keep your sign-in details to yourself and turn on two-step verification.
- Do not attempt to access another customer's data, disrupt the service, or reverse-engineer it.
Your data
The data you put into GPStrix remains yours. We process it to provide the service, as described in our privacy notice, and you can export it through reports and the API.
Fees
Fees are set out in your plan or quotation. Invoices include GST where it applies.
Availability
We work to keep GPStrix available and to tell you about planned maintenance in advance. Position data depends on trackers, mobile networks and satellite reception, which are outside our control.
Liability
GPStrix helps you manage a fleet and a field team; it does not replace your own safety procedures. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited as set out in your agreement.
Changes
We may update these terms and will give notice of material changes to customers.
