GPStrix

Six kinds of operation, and the first thing each one asks in the morning.

The platform is the same for everyone. What changes is the question you open it with, and which reports, alerts and app screens answer it. Each page below starts from that question and walks through a real working day.

The days on these pages are examples we wrote. We do not name customers or quote their numbers.

Logistics and haulage

Has the Nashik load left, and when does it reach Bhiwandi?

For transporters, fleet owners, 3PLs.

One run followed from the loading bay to the signed receipt: the depot exit, a tracking link for the consignee, the 50-minute stop at a dhaba, and how long the customer kept the truck at the gate.

Follow one load

School and staff transport

Has every bus left the depot, and did anyone speed past the gate?

For schools, colleges, staff-bus operators.

One morning route seen twice: by a parent with a link that stops working at 08:30, and by the transport in-charge with speed limits set for the market and the school zone.

Route 7, one morning

Field sales and service

Did the team start on time, and did they cover today's beat?

For FMCG and pharma distribution, service engineers.

Punch-in against a geofence, shop check-ins with the distance from the shop, conveyance from the phone's own trail, and four disputes the records settle.

Beats and attendance

Construction and equipment

Which machines worked yesterday, and how much of it was idling?

For contractors, plant hire, quarries.

Engine hours split into working and idle, time on each site, what reaches you when a machine moves at 02:10, and a frank note on which machines give engine data at all.

The machine register

Cold chain and perishables

Where did that truck stop, and was the engine running?

For dairy, fruit and vegetables, fish, pharma.

GPStrix does not read the temperature in the box, and that page says so first. What it does record is the stops and engine-off time that explain a load arriving warm.

What it does and does not measure

Vehicle rental and leasing

Where is the car that was due back last night?

For self-drive, chauffeured hire, goods carriers.

A hire from handover to return: odometer readings, the permitted-area geofence, the immobiliser and the care it needs, and a link for chauffeured pickups.

Handover to return

Underneath, it is one product.

All six use the same live map, replay, geofences, rules, inbox, reports and the two Android apps. The platform page describes each part with real screens, and hardware and CAN covers what a Teltonika FMB150 adds.

If your operation is not here, such as waste collection, ambulances or two-wheeler delivery, the questions are probably close to one of these. Tell us yours and we will say plainly which parts fit.

See it with your own vehicles on the map.

Tell us what you run and which trackers are fitted. We will set up a walkthrough around the questions you actually have, and quote for your fleet size afterwards.
