Who this covers
GPStrix is provided by HashTrix. In this notice, "we" and "us" mean HashTrix.
This notice covers visitors to this website, people who ask us for a demo, and users of the GPStrix console and apps. Where we process location and activity data on behalf of a business that uses GPStrix, that business decides why the data is collected, and its own privacy notice applies alongside this one.
What we collect
- Demo requests: the name, company, email, phone number, fleet size and message you send us through the form.
- Account data: names, email addresses, roles and sign-in records for console and app users.
- Fleet and field data: vehicle positions, trips, events and telemetry from trackers, and attendance, visits, forms and expense claims from the Field app, processed for our customers.
- Technical data: the minimum server logs needed to run and secure the service.
This website does not use advertising or analytics trackers.
How we use it
- To reply to your demo request and arrange a conversation.
- To provide, secure and support the GPStrix service for our customers.
- To bill customers and meet our legal and tax obligations.
We do not sell personal data.
How we protect it
Each customer's data is isolated from every other customer's by the database itself. Secrets are encrypted at rest, two-step verification is available for every user, and support access to a customer's account is time-limited, recorded and visible to that customer.
How long we keep it
Demo requests are kept for as long as needed to follow up with you. Customer data is kept for the period set by the customer's plan and agreement, and deleted or returned when the agreement ends.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you. If your data is processed for a business that uses GPStrix, for example as a driver or a member of a field team, please contact that business first; we will help them respond.
Changes
We will update this notice when our practices change, and show the date of the latest version here.
